We had guests from LTV show “Lidojuma plāns”, to find out how the Olympic luges are made. It is a complex project divided into multiple tasks. The luge has to be technically perfect with excellent aerodynamics, and what is of great importance, the pilot has to feel comfortable on it. You can watch it here starting from the 14th minute:
